1. About DigiArch
DigiArch India organises and facilitates events, competitions, exhibitions, registrations and related activities.

2. Event Registration
Registration information submitted through the DigiArch website must be accurate and complete.
Participants are responsible for providing correct:
- Name
- Contact information
- Organisation/school/college details
- Team information, where applicable
- Other information requested in the registration form
A registration may be cancelled or rejected if the information provided is materially inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
3. Registration ID
Where a registration ID is issued, it is associated with the corresponding registration.
Participants should retain their registration ID and present it when requested at the event registration or help counter.
A registration ID should not be shared with another person for the purpose of falsely claiming another person’s registration.
4. Event Participation
Participants must follow the instructions provided by DigiArch India, event staff, venue authorities and organisers.
Participants are expected to:
- Follow venue rules
- Behave respectfully towards staff, judges, exhibitors and other participants
- Follow event timings and reporting requirements
- Take reasonable care of their personal belongings
- Follow applicable safety instructions
The organisers may refuse participation or access to a person who violates event rules or behaves in a manner that creates a safety, security or disruption concern.
5. Competition Rules
Where DigiArch includes competitions, participants must comply with the specific competition rules published for that event.
The organisers may disqualify entries that:
- Do not meet eligibility requirements
- Contain materially false information
- Violate published competition rules
- Contain plagiarised or unauthorised material
- Otherwise breach the applicable event guidelines
Where a judging process is applicable, the decision of the appointed jury/judging panel shall be final, subject to any specific appeal process announced for that event.
6. Event Schedule and Changes
DigiArch India reserves the right to modify event schedules, activities, venues, timings or programme arrangements where reasonably necessary.
Where material changes occur, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate them through the contact information provided during registration and/or through the official website.
7. Photography and Media
DigiArch events may involve photography, video recording and other media coverage.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that general event photography or recording may take place.
Where specific consent is required by applicable law or circumstances, appropriate consent mechanisms may be used.
8. Intellectual Property
The DigiArch India name, logo, website content, graphics, text and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit DigiArch materials without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Participants retain ownership of their own original project or submission materials, subject to any specific competition rules or permissions applicable to the event.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
- Introduce malicious code or harmful software
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems
10. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services for hosting, forms, email, messaging, analytics, registration management or other operational purposes.
Use of such services may be subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
DigiArch India will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate event information and operate the website reliably.
However, DigiArch India is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, internet disruptions, venue restrictions, government requirements, natural events or other unforeseen circumstances.
Participants remain responsible for their own personal belongings, travel arrangements and expenses unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular event.

The latest version will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.
